How do I cancel my subscription?

Open iOS Settings → tap your name at the top → SubscriptionsLift XCancel Subscription. Your Lift X Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How does the 7-day free trial work?

When you start a monthly or annual subscription with a free trial, you get full Lift X Pro access for 7 days at no cost. You won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time during the trial and you won't be charged.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled directly by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you have a specific concern we can help with, please email us and we'll do our best to assist.

Lift X isn't syncing my workouts to Apple Health.

Open iOS SettingsHealthData Access & DevicesLift X, and make sure both read and write permissions are enabled for the data types you want to sync (workouts, water, steps, sleep, heart rate). If permissions look correct but data still isn't showing up, try force-quitting and reopening the app.

My rank or score looks wrong.

Ranks are calculated from the data you log. If a muscle group hasn't been trained recently, or if a log is missing, the score may look different than expected. Open any stat row or muscle on your Profile to see the breakdown of how it's calculated. If you still think something's off, email us with a screenshot and we'll investigate.

How do I delete my data?

Because Lift X stores your data locally on your device, the fastest way to remove everything is to delete the app. Your workouts, logs, and settings are gone with the uninstall. Your Apple subscription record is held by Apple — cancel the subscription separately through Settings if needed.

I lost my invite code / my friend's invite isn't working.

Your invite code is generated when you first open Lift X and is visible on your Profile screen. Invite codes are tied to your install on your current device. If you reinstall, you'll get a new code. Email us if you think your referral reward hasn't applied correctly.

Which iOS devices are supported?

Lift X runs on iPhone with iOS 15 or later. iPad is not supported in this version.

Is my data private?

Yes. Lift X is local-first — your workouts, logs, goals, and rankings stay on your device. We don't run a server that stores your personal information, and we don't use analytics or tracking SDKs. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
